Can hear the turbines outside, they are very loud. Kids are getting a good night sleep at Grandma's but my husband and I are here....listening....trying not to listen, but once you hear them it's hard not to hear them....there is no way this is a legal sound level for the middle of the night....if this was the city and someone made that kind of noise, a neighbor, a factory, a machine, the police would be visiting the owner......hmmmmm, that's a thought, maybe I'll call the police and report that "my neighbor" is being too loud and keeping me awake....MOE doesn't seem to do anything, maybe the police can do something.....hmmmm, I am going to give that idea some serious thought........Nik

I can't believe that you haven't reported this abusive noise to the police in the past. We have phoned the police when a neighbours party went on til 7:00am and had woken us up at 3:00am. You need to ask some of your neighbours to call the police and lodge a complaint as well. Make sure you give them the developers name and nuber and the MOE. Tell them that you are going to press nusieance charges and take them to court for over a year of noise infractions that are not being taken seriously. under the Canadian Charter you are entitled the right to peaceable living. Why hasn't your lawyer sent a letter of intention to sue to the wind developer and the landowner that leased to the developer??? Just curious, Melodie Burkett.

I would report to the police. Make them come and hear it themselves.

Can I ask what siding you have installed? Is anything helping?
